It all starts with an idea.

The adventure began a few years ago during a trip to Asia. This is where I discovered flavours that were completely different from what I was used to. Since then, I have been constantly looking for new dishes that take me out of my comfort zone. More often than not, I have found the answer to this need with the various cuisines of the world. These have allowed me to discover recipes, developed for hundreds of years, where the complexity and balance of flavours are in perfect harmony. The only downside: the difficult access to ingredients and the lengthy preparation of certain recipes greatly reduce the pleasure of cooking them at home. It is with this problem in mind that the desire to make world cuisine accessible at home and in all simplicity really materialized.

I started the first culinary trials in the kitchen of my apartment while imagining how I could offer people products that are tasty, but also as natural as possible.

Today, I am proud to offer you healthy and flavourful products that will introduce you to the various culinary cultures.

Wilfred

The name Wilfred comes from a Dutch East India Company boat captain who traveled across India and Asia in search of new spices to bring back to Europe.

Like this 17th century explorer, Cuisine Wilfred's mission is to awaken the senses, provoke emotions and take people on a journey through the creation of sauces and seasonings inspired by the great culinary traditions of the world. Cuisine Wilfred is distinguished by the use of healthy ingredients, the use of production processes that respect traditions, but above all by the quality and originality of its products.
